The Crawford Historical Society, which operates the Crawford Historical Museum in Crawford, Nebraska, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the past for future generations. We are located in downtown Crawford in the city's oldest brick commercial building. The museum features a wide range of area artifacts dating from ancient times to the present. We also have an extensive collection of local photographs, yearbooks, and obituaries.

Events

The Museum is currently closed for the winter -- no heat in the building. Open again first week in May 2016.

The Crawford Historical Society's annual History Day pie & ice cream social is held at the Museum on Saturday, Labor Day weekend.

Crawford Historical Society meetings are held on the last Thursday of every month at 7pm in the Museum, April-November, unless otherwise advertised in advance.
