The Crawford Historical Society, which operates the Crawford Historical Museum in Crawford, Nebraska, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the past for future generations. We are located in downtown Crawford in the city's oldest brick commercial building. The museum features a wide range of area artifacts dating from ancient times to the present. We also have an extensive collection of local photographs, yearbooks, and obituaries.

Research

The Crawford Historical Society and Museum maintains a large base of research material. We have many years' worth of Crawford newspapers, a large collection of local obituaries, and books about our area. We also have a large number of digitalized photos, some of which are available for viewing on our website here.
